Good morning Gator families,

We wanted to reach out to let you know that some new volunteer shifts have been opened based off how time trials were run and what needs were determined at our mock meet. Additionally, based on the results of the volunteer interest survey, the number of volunteer shifts to complete for the season in order receive the full volunteer deposit is 5 TOTAL shifts. Please let us know if you need help picking up shifts to reach your five. If we get into a bind where essential volunteer roles (like timers) are unfilled, we may have to ask one of our later added roles to step in [we are hoping this does not happen :-)]

Thank you so much for your patience as we figured out the best way to lessen volunteer shifts from previous years, while also making sure all team needs are covered.

Reminders:

• Pictures are Friday (6/9) at 8:00 A.M., no practices will occur after. The current plan is for the team picture to happen first thing followed by individual pictures by youngest to oldest age groups. An alert will be sent this evening through the app too; please let us know if you are not getting these notifications as this is how practice cancellations will be communicated.
• Declare for the Miamisburg meet by NOON on Monday (6/12) and West Carrollton by NOON on Wednesday (6/14). Entire season of meets are open for declarations.
