Please declare your swimmer as attending or not attending by 6/3/25 (Wednesday) at NOON. Assisted swimmers will not be included in the time trials for the meet as their times will be unofficial. Reminder Volunteer jobs do not count as part of the volunteer shifts, but are learning opportunities for everyone. Please sign up for roles that you signed up for at our actual meets. Additionally, some roles will not be needed the entire time or we can switch through roles so everyone gets a chance to learn/try their new jobs. All help is appreciated as this is everyone's 'practice' meet before the season actually kicks off! Thank you in advance for all of your help and patience in making this a valuable learning experience for our volunteers and swimmers! |

RSVP by NOON on Wednesday, July 8. Our team dinner at the Veteran's Park Shelter will be scheduled Thursday, July 9, at 6:30 P.M. Please RSVP by Wednesday, July 8, at NOON, so we can ensure that there is enough food to accommodate all who are attending. If family members are planning on eating, please include them in your RSVP/count. The food sign up will be posted tomorrow afternoon in the Team Dinner event, similar to how you sign up for volunteer shifts for meets. More information regarding the menu forthcoming. |
