Gator Families, 

We have a busy week coming up with our first dual meets starting this week! Attached you will find this week's Gator Bulletin (6/12), it will also be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages. 

Additionally, I am including a link to a Google Photo Album for you to share pictures that you take through the season. We are hoping to update our website pictures and social media throughout the season. We will not use swimmer names without parent permission and have received no emails rescinding photo permissions.

Specific information for our home meet against Miamisburg (Tuesday) and our away meet at West Carrollton (Thursday) will be sent the day of the meet with heat sheets and "Athlete Entries". We will have food trucks (Little BoiJon Asian Cuisine, Chick’ncone, Tikiz Shaved Ice) for our home meet. We will also have a drink (water and Gatorade) only concession. 

Please check your volunteer shifts in preparation for the meets this week. If you have any questions about the roles, please feel free to contact me. If you no longer can fulfill your shift: 

- Prior to the day of the meet, you are still able to drop your shift on SwimTopia for others to fill. 

- On the meet day, please reach out to us so we can make a backup plan. 

For those still looking to pick up their 5 volunteer shifts. 

We have: 

- 7 volunteer shifts open (1st and 2nd half timer, 1 Relay Assistant, 4 concession stand) for the Miamisburg home meet on Tuesday, 

- 2 volunteer shifts open (1 Clerk and 1 Relay Assistant) for the West Carrollton away meet on Thursday. 

REMINDERS:

• Declare for the Miamisburg meet by NOON on Monday (6/12) and West Carrollton by NOON on Wednesday (6/14). Entire season of meets are open for declarations.
