Gator Bulletin 6/19/23

    Gator Families,

We have another busy week ahead! Attached you will find this week's Gator Bulletin (6/19), it will also be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

As a reminder, we are hoping to update our website pictures and social media throughout the season. We will not use swimmer names without parent permission and have received no emails rescinding photo permissions. Below is the link to the Google Photo Album for you to share pictures that you take through the season.

Specific information for our home meet against Preble County (Tuesday) and our away meet at Vandalia (Thursday) will be sent the day of the meet with heat sheets and "Athlete Entries". We will have food trucks (Little BoiJon Asian Cuisine, Chick’ncone, Tikiz Shaved Ice) for our home meet. We will also have a drink (water and Gatorade) only cash concession.

Please check your volunteer shifts in preparation for the meets this week. If you have any questions about the roles, please feel free to contact me. If you no longer can fulfill your shift:

    - Prior to the day of the meet, you are still able to drop your shift on SwimTopia for others to fill.

    - On the meet day, please reach out to us so we can make a backup plan.

For those still looking to pick up their 5 volunteer shifts. We have:

    - 2 volunteer shifts open (1- 1st half Clerk of Course and 1 Trash Removal) for the Preble County home meet on Tuesday,

    - 2 volunteer shifts open (1 Stroke and Turn Judge and 1 Relay Assistant) for the Vandalia away meet on Thursday.

    • Declare for the Preble County meet by NOON on Monday (6/19) and Vandalia by NOON on Wednesday (6/21).
    • Entire season of meets are open for declarations.

As always, feel free to reach out with any questions. We are excited for a terrific week ahead!
