Hello Gators!

Happy Monday! This marks the beginning of the season! Attached to this email you will find our Weekly Gator Bulletin that includes important information to be aware of for the upcoming week.  We will send these emails on Sunday or Monday to help everyone know what's going happening each week. The Gator Bulletin will be posted on our website, Instagram, and Facebook page.

Additionally, there is a "how to" sheet about enabling SwimTopia app notifications so you get up to the minute notifications (such as practice cancellations).  The team will be using email and the SwimTopia app as their communication methods.

We are still looking for a couple more stroke and turn judges (officials) to help ensure our meets run smoothly.  If you are interested, please reach out to Alissa at [email protected].  We have included a FAQ sheet in case you are unsure what an official does/benefits of being an official.

Reminder, practice time Wednesday is different- we will send an alert reminder to SwimTopia as a test to ensure everyone gets notifications if they are enabled.  We can't wait to see everyone this week!
