Gator Families,

We have another busy week ahead! Attached you will find this week's Gator Bulletin (6/17), it will also be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Specific information for our away meet against Preble County (Tuesday) and our home meet at Vandalia (Thursday) will be sent the day of the meet with heat sheets and "Athlete Entries". We will have food trucks (Little BoiJon Asian Cuisine, Claybourne Grill, Wild Banana, and Tikiz Shaved Ice) for our home meet. We will also have a $1 bottled water (only cash) stand.

Please check your volunteer shifts in preparation for the meets this week. If you have any questions about the roles, please feel free to contact me. If you no longer can fulfill your shift:

- Prior to the day of the meet, you are still able to drop your shift on SwimTopia for others to fill.

- On the meet day, please reach out to us so we can make a backup plan.

For those still looking to pick up their 5 volunteer shifts. We have:

- 5 volunteer shifts open (1- 2nd half Clerk of Course, 3- 2nd Half Timers, and 1- 2nd half ribbons) for the Preble County away meet on Tuesday,

- 2 volunteer shifts open (2- 1st half Clerk of Course) for the Vandalia home meet on Thursday.

Additionally, information has been sent regarding Championship meet shirts. This year if you choose to purchase you will pay directly through the Google Form link. Shirt sales will close Sunday, June 23, at MIDNIGHT. Champs shirts will be available for pick up at the Championship meet. Follow the link below to order your Champs shirt.

REMINDERS:

• Declare for the Preble County meet by NOON on Monday (6/17) and Vandalia by NOON on Wednesday (6/19). Entire season of meets are open for declarations.
