Gator Families,

We have another busy week ahead! Attached you will find this week's Gator Bulletin (6/24), it will also be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Due to the holiday next week (wow, the season is moving quick), no meets are currently scheduled unless one of our two this week would be canceled due to weather, Tuesday (7/2) would be a make up. Once we get championship meet information from the league, we will be getting that out to families, the deadline will be a fairly quick turnaround so keep your eyes peeled.

Specific information for our home meet against Cardinal Hill (Tuesday) and our home meet against Forest Hills (Thursday) will be sent the day of the meet with heat sheets and "Athlete Entries". We will have food trucks (Little BoiJon Asian Cuisine, Claybourne Grill, Tikiz Shaved Ice, Wild Banana [Tuesday Only], Victory Lane Pizza [Tuesday Only], and Double Dippin’ Ice Cream [Thursday Only]) for our home meet. We will also have a $1 bottled water (only cash) stand.

Please check your volunteer shifts in preparation for the meets this week. If you have any questions about the roles, please feel free to contact me. If you no longer can fulfill your shift:

- Prior to the day of the meet, you are still able to drop your shift on SwimTopia for others to fill.

- On the meet day, please reach out to us so we can make a backup plan.

For those still looking to pick up their 5 volunteer shifts. We have:

- 1 volunteer shifts open (1- 2nd half Scorer) for the Cardinal Hill home meet on Tuesday,

- 2 volunteer shifts open (1- 2nd half Clerk of Course, 1-2nd half scorer) for the Forest Hills home meet on Thursday.

- If we get into a bind where essential volunteer roles (like timers) are unfilled, we may have to ask one of our other roles to step in [we are hoping this does not happen :-)]

Additionally, information has been sent regarding Championship meet shirts. This year if you choose to purchase you will pay directly through the Google Form link. Shirt sales will close Sunday, June 23, at MIDNIGHT. Champs shirts will be available for pick up at the Championship meet. Follow the link below to order your Champs shirt.

REMINDERS:

• Declare for the Cardinal Hill meet by NOON on Monday (6/24) and Forest Hills by NOON on Wednesday (6/26). Entire season of meets are open for declarations.
