We are looking for our 2025 Gators Junior Coaches! Junior Coaches must be 13 years of age or older by June 1. This is a great way to get to know and help the younger Gators, as well as contribute to building a strong program! The Trainee application is open until Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

Attached you find a list of the Trainee Responsibilities. Trainees have daily responsibilities at age group practices and meets that are outlined in the attached document. The general responsibilities of a trainee include:

• Be a leader- model good behavior and remember the kids look up to you. This is supposed to be fun, but you also have a very specific job in keeping things working
• Be around- Be present before and during practices and meets, the younger kids look for you :-)
• Be positive- Encourage younger swimmers and teammates; help build enthusiasm for the sport of swimming.
