Gator Families,

We have another busy week ahead! Attached you will find this week's Gator Bulletin (6/16), it will also be posted on our Facebook pages.

Specific information for our home meet against Preble County (Tuesday) and our away meet at Vandalia (Thursday) will be sent the day of the meet with heat sheets and "Athlete Entries". We will have food trucks (Little BoiJon Asian Cuisine, Claybourne Grill, Wild Banana, and Tikiz Shaved Ice) for our home meet. We will also have a water only, cash concession. Additionally, after we receive the results of each meet (typically the next day), results will be posted to the event on the website where you declare your swimmer(s) for the meet.

Please check your volunteer shifts in preparation for the meets this week. If you have any questions about the roles, please feel free to contact me. If you no longer can fulfill your shift:

- Prior to the day of the meet, you are still able to drop your shift on SwimTopia for others to fill.

- On the meet day, please reach out to us so we can make a backup plan.

For those still looking to pick up their 5 volunteer shifts. We have:

- 5 volunteer shifts open (4- 2nd half timers and 1-2nd half scorer) for the Vandalia away meet on Thursday.

Champs Shirts: The orders for Championship Meet Shirts have been opened. Orders & payment will be collected directly through the website. Orders will close June 22nd. We will have a handful for purchase at champs, but they go quickly, so no guarantees on color/size availability. Below is the link for champs shirts this year.

REMINDERS:

• Declare for the Preble County meet by NOON on Monday (6/16) and Vandalia by NOON on Wednesday (6/18). Entire season of meets are open for declarations.
