2026 Gators Registration is OPEN
Hello Gator Families,
Registration is officially open! You will be able to purchase your required Germantown Gator Pool Pass from the confirmation email after you register. Pool Pass Purchase through the City of Germantown (a deposit is held at registration and IS NOT the actual pass purchase. Pass costs are as follows: $50.50 for 1 swimmer; $101 for 2-4 swimmers; $20 for each swimmer after 4).
We are still looking for an assistant coach and junior coaches for the upcoming season, as well as a bulletin board design for the upcoming summer. For links and more detailed information about the positions, please check out the “News” section of our website.
We will be using Parrot Swimwear this year for our team suit needs, more information will be sent as we coordinate with our sales rep. We will also be running a spirit wear fundraiser through Alley Cat at the beginning of the season, again more information to come on this. You are still able to order from SwimOutlet if you so choose; this is a great place to order a couple of practice suits, new goggles, or extra caps for the season at a reasonable price.
Registration will close at midnight on May 24. The cost this year is $100. Each swimmer will receive a team shirt and a team cap with their registration. We will also institute a late registration period from May 25-May 31, with an increased registration fee of $150, if the team is not yet at capacity.
We are also in the process of recruiting swim officials for the upcoming season. We know the role of being an official can be intimidating, so we have created a FAQ flier to help alleviate fears. Officials are a vital position as meets simply can not run without an adequate number of officials. If you are interested in serving as an official, please email us at [email protected] BEFORE you register your swimmer(s) as we do offer a discount for those who will serve as officials to meet their volunteer requirement.
