Hello Gator Families,

It’s hard to believe May is here already, but that does mean swim season is right around the corner!!! We wanted to take a minute to put some reminders out so no one misses out on preparing for the upcoming summer swim season. We are unable to send paper flyers through the school, so all reminders will be sent via Social Media and email. Please make sure to spread the word about registration and remind your friends to sign up as hard copies won’t be coming home with Valley View students this year.

Registration

Registration for the year is open. Registration will close at midnight on May 24. The cost this year is $100. Each swimmer will receive a team shirt and a team cap with their registration. Officials

We are also in the process of recruiting swim officials for the upcoming season. We know the role of being an official can be intimidating, so we have created a FAQ flier to help alleviate fears. Officials are a vital position as meets simply can not run without an adequate number of officials. If you are interested in becoming an official, please email us at [email protected] BEFORE you register your swimmer(s) as we do offer a discount for those who will serve as officials to meet their volunteer requirement.

Junior Coaches (Trainees) Application

Reminder: The Junior Coach (trainee) application closes tomorrow (May 10) at midnight. Junior Coaches (trainees) must be 13 years of age or older by June 1. This is a great way to get to know and help the younger Gators, as well as contribute to building a strong program! Click for Junior Coach (Trainee) Application
