Gator Families,

We have another busy week ahead! Attached you will find this week's Gator Bulletin (6/15), it will also be posted on our Facebook pages. Spiritwear should be available for pick up this week.

Specific information for our away meet against Preble County (Tuesday) and our home meet at Vandalia (Thursday) will be sent the day of the meet with heat sheets and "Athlete Entries". We will have food trucks (Little BoiJon Asian Cuisine, Wild Banana, Claybourne Grill, Tikiz Shaved Ice) for our home meet. We will also have Enchanted Elixir’s, a beverage vendor with delicious lemonade refreshers available, on June 18!

Please check your volunteer shifts in preparation for the meets this week. If you have any questions about the roles, please feel free to contact me. If you no longer can fulfill your shift:

- Prior to the day of the meet, you are still able to drop your shift on SwimTopia for others to fill.

- On the meet day, please reach out to us so we can make a backup plan.

For those still looking to pick up their 6 volunteer shifts. We have:

- 2 volunteer shifts open (1- 2nd half announcer, 1- 2nd half clerk of course) for the Vandalia home meet on Thursday.

REMINDERS:

• Declare for the Preble County meet by NOON on Monday (6/15) and Vandalia by NOON on Wednesday (6/17). Entire season of meets are open for declarations.
