Hello, Gators!

We are excited for a great home meet tonight! Bring your cap, goggles, and towel as it is sure to be a busy night!

1. Stretching will begin at 5:00 P.M. Please arrive at the pool a few minutes early so your swimmer is ready to go. In water warm ups begin at 5:10 P.M., with 11 and over age group; 10 and under swimmers will begin their in water warm up at 5:20 P.M., please have them ready and at the pool edge by 5:10 so we are ready to roll. Additionally, all swimmers will meet by the dive well after warm-ups for the team cheer around 5:35.
2. Restrooms are located in the pool building. When looking from the pool deck, men to the left of the entrance and women to the right. Additionally, there is a family restroom between the entrance and the women's restroom.
3. As a reminder, glass bottles of any kind are not permitted in the pool area at any time.
4. For home meets, our team will sit on the concession stand side of the pool area.
5. Heat sheets are attached to this email. Remember "Athlete entries" is a way to see all events your swimmer is in so you know where to look on the heat sheets. If you want a paper copy, be sure to bring one as we are not selling heat sheets this year and many away teams may not sell them either. They are also posted under the event on the website.
6. Parking fills up quickly. Park in the front pool lot (the back lot is closed due to food trucks), spots around Veteran’s Park, or at the church on the hill. DO NOT park in front of the houses that run along the alley.
7. Tonight’s Food Truck Lineup- Little Boijon, Wild Banana, Claybourne Grill, Tikiz Shaved Ice
8. Assisted swimmers will swim first, our goal is to start them a few minutes before or right at 6:00 P.M.
9. Use our swim meet 101 help sheet (sent with time trials information) to make sure you are all set for tonight. Bring blankets, tents, etc. to help make your camp cozy :-)
10. Volunteer check-in: Pool Office with Alissa until Becky arrives at the volunteer tent

• We have several shifts that we need help filling for tonight: 1- 2nd half announcer and 2- 1st half clerk of course
• 1st half (events 1-40) volunteers- check-in by 5:30
• 2nd half (events 41-80) volunteers- check-in by event 30 or sooner (beginning of the meet is fine)
• Officials Meeting will occur around 5:30 P.M. near the clerk of course.
• Timer Meeting will occur around 5:40 P.M. near the clerk of course.
• Remember to check-in by the designated time as late check-ins may result in the team having to fill your shift
• Stand-by Families for Tonight: Families with last names that start with L-P
