      6. Remember, the entire league attends this meet, so it is a very busy place. The league would like to remind everyone to be good stewards of our team and league, so please make sure to comply with requests of the hosting team. Attached you will find the League Code of Conduct if anyone wants to refresh the expectations prior to the meet. Additionally, the league would like to remind everyone that pictures and videos from behind the block are not allowed.

      7. Additionally, the hosting team would like to remind everyone that no grills (or anything with a propane tank) are permitted at the meet due to fire regulations, the city will be enforcing this.

      8. West Carrollton will be having a concession stand. Below are the menus. Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee truck and Kona Ice will also be available.

      9. 13-14 age group Swimmers: You may report to the clerk for champs, but do not have to. Remind swimmers that if they do not report to the clerk, no one will come looking for them, and it is assumed they have taken responsibility for getting themselves behind the blocks for their events. Swimmers 15 & up should not report to the clerk and are responsible for getting to the blocks for their events. The meet will not be paused to locate missing swimmers. Please remind older swimmers they're welcome to wait in the grassy area behind the blocks. The pool deck should remain clear enough for officials and coaches to move about as needed.

      10. Raffle basket winners will be announced after event 70, prior to the start of the freestyle relays. Please remind swimmers to remain with their team/coaches during this time. If their ticket is called, an adult can come to the raffle tent to verify the ticket number & claim their basket. The last call to purchase tickets will be at event 67. Someone must be present with the winning ticket to claim the prize.

      11. Bring lots of snacks, drinks, and sunscreen! And remember to have fun and swim hard!

If anything changes and your swimmer can no longer attend the meet, please email Coach Andrew at [email protected] ASAP. See you poolside at bright and early Saturday morning.!

    Go Gators!
