We have champs this weekend!

Pool address: 1226 S Elm St, West Carrolton, OH 45449

Please arrive at the West Carrolton Pool by 6:45 am

• Warmups
  • Stretching will start promptly at 6:50 am
  • 13 and overs lanes 1 and 2  from 7:05 to 7:15 am
  • 11-12 lanes 3 and 4 from 7:05 to 7:15 am
  • 9-10s lanes 3 and 4 from 7:15 to 7:25 am
  • 8 and unders lanes 1 and 2 from 7:15 to 7:25 am
• Reminders
  • 13 and overs do not report to clerk of course.  Pay attention because they will not hold the meet or try to fit you in if you miss
  • 12 under must go to clerk of course
  • You may choose to set up your families tent tonight after 5:00 pm

Since it is going to be hot and during the day I highly recommend sunscreen and water to stay hydrated.  But if you are trying to write your events on your arm then please remember to do so before applying sunscreen.
