Hello Gators Families!

Tonight (6/9) is time trials - it starts at 6:30 pm at the Germantown Pool. We will have a few quick announcements for everyone, and then we'll have experienced Gator parents start timing the kids as they swim and an orientation for the new Gator parents. Remember, Coach Morgan will use these times to determine the line up forThursday's meet so it's important that as many swimmers as possible are in attendance.

Thursday is our first meet! It is at home against West Carrollton. Gator warm ups begin at 5pm and the meet starts at6:00. Please take a look at your scheduled shifts by clicking "my account" on our webpage and make sure you know where you're supposed to be when! You can modify your shift for Thursday's meet online until Wednesday at noon - after that time, please contact Barb Shrout with any changes. If you have any questions about volunteer positions, shifts, etc., please see Barb at time trials tonight.

Please make sure to sign your swimmer up for Thursday's meet ASAP. You may sign them up in the Meet Book (Coach Morgan will have it available at practice starting Monday) or you may do so online. To sign up online, go to http://germantowngators.swimtopia.com/swim_meets and click on "Meet Entry" for each meet and choose "attending" or "not attending." You can edit your entries online until 8am the morning of each meet. After that point, please contact Coach Morgan directly if your availability changes.

We need donations for the concession stand on Thursday. Items like fruit or veggies and baked good (individually wrapped) sell very well. If you are able to donate something, please bring it to the concession stand (which will be held in the pool's concession area this year) before Thursday's meet. Also, we will need people to make Gator Taters. If you're willing to bake a bag of potatoes, please pick them (and a set of instructions) up atThursday's practice.

Team pictures are Friday at 8:00 am. Envelopes/order forms are available at practice.
