Hi everyone,

Great job at the Preble County meet on Tuesday! We expect to get the results file from Preble County at any time and we will post them online as soon as we get them.

Tonight's meet is at home vs. Vandalia Cassel Hill. Here are some things you need to know:

• We need donations for the concession stand. The fresh fruit sold great last week, as did the baked goods. Just drop them off at the concession stand prior to the meet. Thanks!
• The volunteer shift schedule is attached to this email and also available here. Please contact Barb Shrout at 937-689-8531 if you need to change anything.
• The event list is attached and is also available here. The coaches are still working on assigning relay teams, and they are not all listed on here. Relay information will become available on the app as the coaches add it, so check back later in the day AND on the Heat Sheet to verify your swimmers' relays.
• The heat sheets contain the official line up and have complete information about the meet, including your swimmer's heat and lane numbers and their scheduled relays. Heat sheets will be emailed to you and posted on the website as soon as possible, are available in hard copy for $1 at the meet, and are posted on the fence at the pool.
• If your swimmer's availability changes, contact Coach Morgan at 937-838-5144 as soon as possible. It is really important that you let her or Coach Stephen know if your swimmer will not be at the meet or has to leave the meet early for any reason. We have had to cancel relay teams at the last minute at both meets so far, which is very disappointing for the swimmers who are there and ready to swim. Nearly all swimmers will take part in relays at the beginning and/or the end of each meet. Listen for the coaches when they call out for different age groups and assign relay teams prior to the meet and before event 71.
• Keep in mind we will swim rain or shine but will be delayed by thunder/lightning.We will make announcements regarding the weather using OneCallNow. Text "Alert" to 22300 to receive these announcements via text message.

Here are a couple more things for you to know:

• Preble County is hosting an invitational again this year, on June 27. This is completely optional for Gators. Information is attached - please make sure to read it thoroughly if you are interested in attending.
• SOSL Championships t-shirts are available for purchase - $12 if you order ahead of time (add $3 for 2XL or 3XL) or $15 at the meet. You can also place an add in the Championships heat sheet wishing your swimmers luck. Each ad is $5.00. If you would like to purchase either of these things, please see Annie Sizemore before June 24th.
