Hi everyone,

Tonight's meet is at Idle Hour. Directions are available here. Gator warm ups begin at 5:30pm and the meet begins at 6.

The volunteer list for tonight is attached and available here. Please contact Barb Shrout at 937-689-8531 with any changes.

The event list for tonight is also attached and available here. You'll find two lists - one is the same as you've been receiving throughout the season and the other is in alphabetical order. They both contain the same information, but the alphabetical one might be a little easier to read. We'll send heat sheets as soon as we receive them from the opposing team. If your child's availability has changed, please contact Coach Morgan at 937-838-5144.

Any weather-related announcements regarding tonight's meet will be made using One Call Now.

The rest of the Gator swim caps have come in. If you haven't received one yet, please see Emily Berry at tonight's meet.

Upcoming Events:

• July 2 - Away meet at Miamisburg
• July 6 - Spirit Week - each day of practice will have a theme. More details to come!
• July 7 - Home meet vs. Cardinal Hill. This is a rain date from the earlier meet and we will start at event 26.
• July 10 - Spaghetti Dinner at the Depot, 6:30 pm
• July 11 - Championships at Miamisburg
• July 14 - Awards banquet at Veteran's Park, 6:30 pm

An important reminder from Coach Morgan:

Events for championships will be finalized and sent in on Wednesday, July 1. That means that I need to know by Wednesday morning at the ABSOLUTE latest if you will be attending Championships on Saturday, July 11. The meet book will be out on the office counter for you to sign, or you can use the website to let me know if you will be attending Championships. If these options don't work for you, I am always a call or text away at(937) 838-5144. It is especially important to let me know if you will be missing Championships so I can exclude you from relay entries.

Championships is always a great day and a lot of fun! It's definitely one of the highlights of the season, so don't miss it!!
