Please Note

- Upon Completing the Registration a confirmation email will be sent with the following information:

• Lindsey’s Law Completion Requirements- A completed Lindsay’s Law form is required for each swimmer. 
• Pool Pass Purchase Information (special Germantown Gators link to purchase is provided in confirmation email)
• Links to Swim Outlet Team Store (if you choose to order team gear from here)

***Please remember, you are not registered until you receive email confirmation.***

- Swim Team Costs Include:

• $100 Registration Fee Per Swimmer
• Pool Pass Purchase through the City of Germantown (a deposit is held at registration then remitted upon pass purchase confirmation- $50.50 for 1 swimmer; $101 for 2-4 swimmers; $20 for each swimmer after 4)
• Volunteer Shift Deposit ($200 to be remitted after completing shift requirements; if only a portion of total shifts are completed, the refund will be prorated per shift)
• **** The Pool Pass Deposit is not charged until after June 10th and Volunteer Deposit is not charged until mid July.
• Please Note: If a refund is requested due to no longer being able to participate on the swim team or accidentally opting into the Volunteer Buy-Out below, refunds will be given but a transaction few will be retained as the team is charged for refund transactions.  Thank you for your understanding.

- We often post pictures of swimmers on our website and/or social media accounts. If you do NOT approve of your child’s photo being used, please send an email to [email protected].

- Team suits are not required but can be purchased through Parrot Swimwear. There will be a suit try on day at the beginning of the season. We will also send information on how to purchase the suit if you are not going to the suit fitting. It is recommended if you choose not to purchase a team suit to make sure your child has a green or black suit for meets as those are our team colors.
